Key Learnings from ProFood Tech 2019
Nathan Arnold, Hixson Director of Client Development, attended the ProFood Tech tradeshow held at Chicago’s McCormick Place March 26-29, 2019. The biennial event, which covers all segments of food and beverage processing, featured over 400 exhibition booths. According to Nathan, educational programming was also a key feature of ProFood Tech, and focused on providing information regarding some of the industry’s top trends and challenges.
