HIXSON COLLEGE PROGRAMS
For years, Hixson has been a strong supporter of cooperative education. Working closely with universities in the region, we are continually hiring summer interns, co-ops, as well as recent graduates.
When you join us, you will have a strategic role to fill right from the start and your responsibilities will increase as your skill level improves. Perhaps more importantly, you will be working with and learning from our full-time associates, many of whom hold professional registrations and certifications such as PE, RA, CIPE, IIDA, CCE, and CSS and who average nearly a decade of experience each.
Hixson also offers two other ways to supplement these hands-on learning experiences. First, through our in-house based knowledge-sharing forum known as Hixson University, you can tap into the professional know-how of other Hixson experts. Comprised of five separate colleges, Hixson University provides numerous opportunities to stretch and expand your thinking throughout the year. In addition, Hixson University has submitted for, and is awaiting final notice of, being accredited by the International Conference of Advanced Communication Technology (ICACT). Once in place, this accreditation will allow Hixson to award CEU's for associates to maintain their professional status. Second, every full-time Hixson associate is provided with 40+ hours of professional development time - time you can spend learning about those things that are important to you and your manager for your career growth.
