STRUCTURAL PPROJECT ENGINEER

Description: Project engineer responsible for the structural portion of major projects in the areas of industrial, commercial office and retail. As a member of the project team, the project engineer manages all structural engineering contributions to projects including design, specifications, client contact, contract documents, shop drawing review and construction coordination.

Qualifications:

• Experience in structural design and analysis and in project leadership responsibilities.
• Wide range of knowledge in design of structural steel, concrete, masonry, cold-formed metal framing, deep foundations.
• Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering or civil engineering with emphasis on structures.
• PE or the ability to become registered.
• Competence in design/analysis software such as Ram software, TEDDS, etc.
• Knowledge of CAD, proficiency not required.
