A few years ago, Hixson was selected by a group of highly experienced dairy producers to create a Greenfield dairy processing operation to support a new line of milk products. The client's extraordinary success with its business model meant that the facility space requirements nearly doubled initial predictions, leading to the need for additional processing capabilities and new packaging lines, as well as an updated master plan to accommodate the unforeseen business growth.

The client has come to rely on Hixson as an extension of their team, trusting the information provided to them. To manage this opportunity, they once again turned to Hixson to provide the support needed for the line extensions and update the master plan.

Just as they had with the initial project, the company, a strong proponent of sustainable design, wanted to minimize the impact to the environment as much as possible for the additional facility extension.
