  • Design of wastewater pretreatment system at a NE beverage facility.
  • Design of significant upgrades and expansion of wastewater pretreatment system at a Mexican meat processing facility.
  • Design of significant upgrades and expansion of wastewater pretreatment system at a Southeastern beverage and juice facility.
  • Design of wastewater pretreatment system upgrades for a Western milk processor to alert plant of excessive milk loss as well as divert to calamity tank in order to aid plant to reduce milk loss.
  • Development of a Risk Management Plan (RMP) update guidance document for a corporate meat processing client for use by plants.
  • Performing a three-year Process Safety Management (PSM) and Risk Management (RMP) compliance audit at a national beverage processing plant.
  • Developing Plant closure regulatory compliance action plans for two U.S. plants.
  • Performing environmental reviews and updating an environmental organizational tool at a food processing plant for a Fortune 100 company.
  • Conducting site visits to nine plants throughout the U.S. to gather data on water, wastewater, and solid waste systems and developing list of suggested infrastructure and sustainability improvements for each plant.
  • Assisting a Fortune 500 company with maintaining its wastewater discharge permit, performing wastewater surcharge split sampling analysis and conducting general environmental compliance consulting for two of its Midwestern-based plants.
  • Assisting a client with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and engineering controls to protect employees from exposure to a food ingredient chemical.
  • Preparing an air pollution permit application for an anaerobic reactor biogas flare and biogas utilization in an existing boiler at a Western manufacturing plant.
  • Waste minimization and product recovery evaluation and wastewater treatment assessment for deli food processing plant.
  • Oil Spill Prevention, Control & Countermeasures (SPCC) Plans for food and beverage facilities.
  • Industrial Stormwater "No Exposure" Certification for food processing facility.
  • Sewer modifications and construction of wastewater pretreatment at a beverage and ice cream processing facility.
  • Modification of air pollution permit for midwestern bakery to create and cap facility wide emission in order to significantly increase production flexibility.
  • Industrial Stormwater pollution prevention plan for a pet food manufacturing facility.
