Hixson’s COVID-19 Response
Hixson is actively working to ensure both the continuity of our business operations and the health and safety of our associates, clients and communities. As we all navigate these unprecedented circumstances, please know that our commitment to customer service, design excellence, and meeting project schedules will continue.
Highlights of our business continuity plan are:
- Hixson project teams have the technology to enable them to effectively continue their work remotely. All Hixson associates have the option to work from home.
- We are using conference calls and online collaboration tools in lieu of in-person meetings.
- We have postponed all air travel. We are using our in-place technology to minimize the impact of postponed air travel.
- Our project managers are staying in communication with clients.
We will continue to monitor events and adjust these policies as conditions change, maintaining focus on protecting the health and well-being of our associates, clients, and the community at large.
