T. Marzetti Selects Hixson for $22.8 Million Expansion Project
To meet growing demand, the T. Marzetti Company has selected Hixson to design and engineer a $22.8 MM expansion to an existing dairy production facility located in Columbus, Ohio. The project will add 17,000 SF and three new packaging lines to the facility. Additional renovations will also be made to improve material and ingredient storage, shipping areas, and utilities.
A wholly owned subsidiary of Lancaster Colony Corporation, T. Marzetti is a manufacturer and marketer of specialty food products for the retail and foodservice markets. T. Marzetti brands include Marzetti® salad dressings and dips, New York Bakery™ frozen breads and Sister Schubert’s® homemade rolls, as well as products made under licensing for Olive Garden®, Chick-fil-A® and Buffalo Wild Wings®.
