Recently, we discussed Hixson’s 1600 Time, a program which enables our associates to spend a  minimum of 40 hours on professional development each year.

At Hixson, sharing our accumulated knowledge and experience is also part of our DNA!  Associates who are interested in doing so can deliver presentations via our internal Hixson University, write articles, white papers or blog posts, create Hixson webinars and podcasts, and even present at industry conferences.
