Work Continues at Maple Leaf Foods

As previously announced, Hixson is the A/E of record for the new, $660 million value-added fresh poultry facility for Maple Leaf Foods in London, Ontario. Leading-edge food safety, environmental, and animal welfare processes and technologies have been designed into the facility, which is expected to be one of the most technologically advanced poultry-processing plants in the world when production begins later this year.
