Recently, Hixson announced that we have been named as a Great Place to Work® by the Great Place to Work Institute.  This award was received based on the input on a confidential survey of Hixson’s 130 associates. 

As part of their input to the survey, 99% of Hixson’s associates said the firm’s “management is honest and ethical in its business practices.”

At Hixson, we are led by a set of core values that guide our decision making. The first and foremost of these is that “Integrity is everything; we are honest and truthful in our dealings.” Hixson’s management lives by this philosophy.
