How to Safely Cool Processing Tanks and Silos
Most food and beverage processing plants have atmospheric tanks and silos that need to be cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis. Processors understandably need to cool down this equipment quickly after steam or hot Clean-in-Place (CIP) sanitization to resume production, but should do so safely and with properly designed systems.
