Great Place to Work: Delivering Excellent Customer Service
Recently, Hixson announced that we have been named as a Great Place to Work® by the Great Place to Work Institute. This award was received based on the input on a confidential survey of Hixson’s 130 associates.
In the survey, 99% of Hixson’s associates said that “our customers would rate the service we deliver as excellent.”
In fact, providing top-notch customer service is something which all of our associates strive to achieve at every turn. And it’s not just a lofty goal…our internal Continuous Improvement department routinely assesses the work we do and identifies areas for improvement.
Here’s just one example: Approaching midnight one recent day, a client experienced a problem at their plant. Despite the late hour, Hixson mobilized a support team to assist them early the following morning. The client’s representative thanked our associates for their “support and efforts to help get the facility back up and running, stating that Hixson’s “authentic leadership just confirms why we enjoy working with you all and gratefully appreciate your efforts.”
