Hixson Announces Three Promotions
Hixson is pleased to announce the following promotions:
- Andrew Peterson, LEED Green Associate. A former Hixson co-op who joined Hixson full-time in the spring of 2020, Andrew, a LEED Green Associate, has been promoted to Project Engineer in our Plumbing Department. In this role, Andrew is responsible for the design, specification, start-up and commissioning of plumbing and fire protection systems for the firm’s clients. He earned a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and resides in Cincinnati’s Northside neighborhood.
- Sean Kinney, a member of our Electrical Engineering department, has been promoted to Project Engineer. In this role, Sean, who joined our firm earlier this year, is responsible for designing electrical systems for industrial and commercial facilities. He holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University, and resides in Anderson Township, Ohio.
- Shuting Zhao has been promoted to Project Architect, a role in which she is responsible for the development of projects from preliminary design through construction documents. A native of Anyang, China, Zhao holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Zhengzhou University (China) and a Master of Architecture from Miami University of Ohio. She resides in Delhi Township, Ohio.
