Gobbling Up the Goodness: Hixson’s Annual Turkey Fry 2023
2023 marked the 20th edition of the Hixson Turkey Fry! At this annual event, a group of Hixson associates deep fry several turkeys during the morning hours, while those not frying the turkeys are asked to bring in a potluck of their favorite side dishes and desserts. By lunchtime, when the turkeys are cooked to masterful perfection, all gather to partake in the feast.
