Hixson Participates in Repair Affair

Recently, Hixson once again participated in “Repair Affair,” an annual event organized by People Working Cooperatively which pairs volunteers with people whose homes need maintenance. For the 2024 event, 30 volunteers representing Hixson worked at three different Cincinnati-area homes. The teams performed a variety of tasks including building concrete steps and sidewalks, wood steps, and handrails, cleaning up landscaping, painting, and other improvements.
