Great Place to Work: Open Forums with the CEO
At Hixson, our culture is one of accessibility and open communication.
One way we foster this openness is through our Open Forum with the CEO. During these sessions, which are held monthly, any interested associate is invited to join in and chat with our President & CEO, Greg Hammond. Sometimes these meetings will have a defined topic, e.g., “What’s Happening with Our Building Renovation?” Yet many times, the forum is open-ended, allowing associates to bring whatever burning questions they have and get direct answers and feedback – right from the top!
