On the third Monday of every month, Hixson associates gather together in one large, light-filled room (known, quite appropriately, as the Daylight Room) for an all-company Towne Meeting. The meeting, led by Hixson President and CEO Greg Hammond, features a variety of speakers from within the firm on topics including project updates, quality improvement initiatives, community service opportunities, business development activities, and more.
