WhiteWave Foods selected Hixson to renovate and expand its Dallas facility, an existing 279,000-square-foot plant that had been idle for more than three years. Project scope included facility-wide improvements to utilities, structure and finishes to support new processing, filling and packaging equipment. Hixson was able to deliver on an aggressive schedule, with design and construction completed in under one year.  This project achieved LEED® Gold certification.
