Graydon, a 145-year-old law firm, wanted its offices to reflect its image as an innovative and vibrant law firm and improve its engagement with younger employees, clients and the community. Hixson, in partnership with brand design consultant Kolar Design, created a light-filled, colorful space that features private offices with new glass fronts to balance approachability with privacy, integrates new technology to allow employees to connect across practice areas and adds more flexible work and meeting spaces.
