Recently, Hixson announced that we have been named as a Great Place to Work® by the Great Place to Work Institute. This award was received based on the input on a confidential survey of Hixson’s 130 associates. 

As part of their input to the survey, 99% of Hixson’s associates said that they are “proud to tell others they work for Hixson.”

99 Percent! The reasons that people are proud to announce that they work at Hixson are many, but one of the most important is that Hixson walks the walk. We manage by our values, not objectives.
